Under 11 football blitz by Ross Whelan On Tuesday the 16/10/12 the under 11A footballers had an excellent day as they played in a county semi final blitz. It was an exciting 2 games but we managed to win both games. First game against Clonmel we won by 9 points and second game against Grange we won by 16 points. There was impressive play from everyone with Ethan Gayson Molloy and Sean O Neil pulling off great saves in the goal and with Thomas Burke, Eoghan Murphy and Conor O Dwyer, in the back line it was like trying to get through a brick wall. With Cian Moloney and Aaron Moloney in the midfield line dropping in footballs and Cians lovely free taking were all on the score sheet. In the forward line getting lovely scores were the captain John Ryan, Jack McGrath, Ross Whelan, Evan Moloney and Daniel Moloney. [nggallery id=26]
