by James Laffey Rang 6 On Monday the 28 th of January , we got a visit from a group of people called Clan Chuana. They were actors who performed the life of Fionn Mac cuaill. The director of Clan Chuana was Michael Langton. I was very impressed with the quality of their work because they only had three people and the set was beautifully painted with mountains and clouds. They started off with Fionn as a baby and ended with him taking over the Fianna. They had the story of the salmon of knowledge and Fionn defeating the fairy whose whistle could put you to sleep. The best bit was when Fionn was going round and the nurse was going the other way. I enjoyed the whole performance and there were some funny bits in it. [nggallery id=37]
