School Tennis Team
On Monday 11th April, Donal (capt.), Cian, Fabian and myself headed to Ballina in North Tipp, to play a Munster School's Cup tennis match against Ballina. We had a great day and won 3-1. Ballina provided us with food and treats after the game. Then Donal made a great speech. Ballina went into the Munster shield and we went onto the next round of the Cup. Sinead Ryan brought us to Supermac's on the way home.
We played the next game against a Cork School on the 22nd April in Larkspur Park. The Cork Team were very strong. All of their players were ranked highly in Munster. Unfortunately we were beaten 4-nil. Although we lost it was good experience for all of us. We would like to say a Big Thank-you to Mrs. Perdue for organising the Team and Sinead Ryan for driving us and looking after us so well.
