Letter from England
Dear staff and pupils, Greetings from England. Mrs Ryan, Ms Crosse and I are in a town called Cheltenham to meet teachers from around Europe. We are planning a project with schools from five countries - England, Sweden, Italy, Hungary and Poland. Maybe today, your teacher will show you these countries on a map of Europe. We have been planning our project today. The project is about myths and legends across Europe. Everybody in the school will be involved in this project and we hope that everybody will learn lots of things about other countries and stories from these countries. We will start the project by writing letters to boys and girls in these schools. In these letters, we will introduce ourselves. We will also receive letters from boys and girls living in these five countries. It is going to be an exciting project and I can't wait to tell you more about it when we get back from England. We fly home on an aeroplane on Tuesday night. Ms Crosse and Mrs Ryan say hello! So do I! See you all when we get back to school on Wednesday. Mr Ryan PS Tomorrow we are going to visit two primary schools in England. We will take pictures so you can see what these schools are like. The schools are called Pillowell and Blakeney Primary Schools. PPS I will write another letter for you tomorrow night.
