Today, we say farewell to our secretary Edilene. It is hard to find the right words to express our gratitude and appreciation for everything she has done for us all during her time here at St John the Baptist BNS.
Having a secretary who was able to communicate so effectively with some of our International students has been a huge advantage in overcoming initial communication difficulties for our new parents and students.
Edilene’s warm smile greeted everyone at the office, she has been a calm voice on the phone, and a helping hand to everyone. Her dedication, patience, and efficiency have kept our school running smoothly, along with Mrs Laffey. We have relied on her for so many things, big and small, and she has always been there with kindness and professionalism.
Edilene has been so much more than a secretary; she has been a friend, a confidante, and a key part of our school community.
As she moves to Mullingar, we are sad to see her go, but we wish her nothing but the very best in the future.
Thank you Edilene for everything. We will miss you dearly.
