by Patrick Fahy Three boys from 6th class represented St. John the Baptist Boys’ National School in a handball tournament in Dolla. Colin Ryan, Patrick Fahy and Conn Bonnar were the three handballers. Colin played first in the singles and won two games which brought him through to the Final. It was a very close match but he was narrowly defeated in a very exciting game. Conn and Patrick then played their doubles. They won one game and lost the other. In the end they lost out on aces in the countback. It was a great day out and a great experience. We really enjoyed it. Thanks very much to Mr Ryan and all the parents who supported us on the day.
