Well done to our two teams who did so well in Semple Stadium on the 14th of June. Our U13s, captained by Colin Ryan, lost out to Templemore in a terrific Roinn B final on a scoreline of 3-11 to 3-4. This scoreline does not reflect what was a very keenly contested and close affair througout. We led by a goal at half time but tired a little in the second half. Jamie Morrissey for Templemore was possibly the difference as he scored some terrific points from difficult angles. All in all, it was a brilliant performance from our boys and they can hold their heads up very high. Our U11 B1 team were luckier and they beat Two Mile Borris in our school's second game of the day on a scoreline of 3-4 to 1-1. Captained by Gabrielle Saldanha, this was a super team performance from these young men and they are were all exceptionally excited afterwards to be victorious.
