On 30 January 2013, 10 competitors from Rang 5 and Rang 6 competed in our internal spelling bee. The winner would go on to represent the school in the Easons 2Fm Spelling Bee County Final in Nenagh at the end of February. The audience comprised of boys from fifth and sixth as well as a group from Senior Infants. There was great excitement as the battle went down to the last two - Adam Browne Corbett in fifth and Wojiech Boguski in 6th. Wojciech eventually, after a long battle, came out on top. Congrats to all our competitors who did a fine job in a pressure filled environment, and best wishes to Wojciech who now has to prepare for the Tipperary finals in Nenagh on the 28 February.
