Aimsir Bia Harvesting
On Tuesday the 5th of October our class went to the school garden to harvest the vegetables. Last year we planted pumpkins, peas, potatoes, carrots, beetroot, turnips, onions and cabbage. We planted the vegetables with people from Aimsir Bia. Their names were Emmet, Annie and Mary. Everyone got at least one vegetable. Everyone got at least two potatoes. We went outside every Thursday to plant and water the vegetables. We also got to plant some trees. The pumpkins weren’t ready so we didn’t harvest them. We think they might be ready by Halloween. The whole class enjoyed doing it. By Jamie and Laisvunas 5th class [gallery link="file" orderby="ID"]
