3rd Class Visit Library to See Jeremy Strong

By:- Tommy F, Cian M, John R, David W. (3rd) Third class went to the library last Tuesday (12th  to see Jeremy Strong who is a famous English author. He is about sixty years old.  He is tall and has blue eyes, white hair and glasses.  He  was very funny and entertaining.  He read a chapter from his book called “Mr Bonkers” to us.   He told us a funny story about his cat named “Jeeves” and how he is able to fly. He writes in his shed because he has two daughters who turn their music up too high and he can’t write in the house.  Jeremy only writes in black ink. He has written 84 books altogether,  and his new book is called “Cartoon Kid”.   The boys in the class asked a lot of  good questions and he asked us some questions also. Jeremy signed some books for us and gave us ideas on how to write stories. We all walked back to school and enjoyed a great day.  It was good to meet someone famous. We hope to meet him again sometime.
